Our Occupational Therapist
Alison Sweeney is a senior Occupational Therapist working in paediatric orthopaedics in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin.
Alison qualified as an Occupational Therapist from the University of Northampton in 2012 and began her career in Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital where she gained invaluable experience and developed an interest in elective and trauma orthopaedics with children and adults.
Since then Alison has worked in various healthcare settings across the Republic of Ireland, working several years in both the acute and community care settings. Alison joined the orthopaedic team in OLCHC in July 2018 and is committed to developing the service for both service users and their families.
